Terms of service
Last updated October 11, 2026
Clefhop is provided by High5 Labs LLC (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the account and for the profiles you create in it, up to six. An account is for one family or one person, held by an adult; a school or studio should get in touch.
Free and the Family Pass
Without a purchase, each profile can play Level 1 for five minutes a day, and use Learn, the stats, the practice log and badges. The Clefhop Family Pass is a one-time purchase that removes those limits for every profile on the account it was bought for: every level, practice, the sprint and the games, on the website, in any browser. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It belongs to that account and cannot be moved to another account or resold.
Buying the Family Pass
On the website the Family Pass is sold by High5 Labs LLC and paid through Stripe, which processes the payment; where Stripe acts as the merchant of record for the sale, Stripe’s terms for that role apply as well. The price is shown before you pay. A later change in price does not affect a pass already bought.
Refunds
A Family Pass bought on the website can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase: email support@clefhop.com from the address on the account. A refund ends the Family Pass for that account.
The service
We may change, add or retire features and levels. The Family Pass covers Clefhop as it is offered at the time, including levels added to the course after you buy it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the service, or to unlock it without a purchase.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, High5 Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the Family Pass.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using Clefhop after a change means accepting the new terms.
